Introduction to Electrodynamics by David J. Griffiths, paperback
The canonical intermediate textbook on electrodynamics for undergrad physics majors. It's an approachable textbook with lots of great examples and exemplary writing. I used this in undergrad and then again to teach in grad school, and it's finally time for it to find someone new to teach.
