IPC/Fleetway

This is a mid grade item. It will have a few minor defects and will generally appear to be in "slightly used" but not "roughly used" condition. We understand that condition is important to collectors.

This is a low grade item. It will be complete and readable, but will show significant wear. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor/moderate defects or one or two major defects.
